Meditation offers innumerable benefits for your body, mind and spirit. Meditation with a mindfulness focus can be defined as paying attention to present moment experiences with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with what is. It invites us to stop, breathe, observe, and connect with one’s inner experience. Throughout this introduction course, learn techniques of mindfulness and how to apply them to your own practice. Guided meditations and neuroplasticity teachings will help you lay the foundation for a lifelong meditation practice! Join us and begin to experience the mental and physical benefits of meditation and a yoga mind!

Cost: $80 for 7 weeks, ONLY $64 for new students!
