Qigong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation with roots in traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese martial arts, and Chinese philosophy. Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance “intrinsic life energy”. This practice involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movement, a calm mindful state.

Sierra Rediger, Belly DancerSierra Rediger leads this workshop that blends classic yoga and belly dance moves. Designed to be gentle, yet this yoga-belly dance fusion promises to enliven your mind and your body!

Expect lots of silliness as we learn to wiggle our way to Middle Eastern beats! (costume is optional – otherwise wear your yoga stuff)
