Ali Eden

Ali began practicing yoga in 1995.   Since then, her practice has continued to change, challenge, and nurture her.  She strongly believes that yoga is a lifetime practice and a solid friend to journey with through the many transitions in life.  She finds that the spiritual, physical, and mindful benefits of practicing yoga are accessible to any body, of any age.  Ali has a passion for slow flow practices, restorative and yin yoga, and the healing effects of sound vibration.   

Ali is a 500-RYT; she studied at Twist Yoga in Edmonds with Jen Mitchel.  She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and sincerely hopes to provide students with tools to access a calmer, stronger, and more content lifestyle.
