Sarah was introduced to the practice of yoga in her early 20’s when her passion was horseback riding, and her instructor believed that the benefits of yoga would greatly enhance her riding ability — stronger, leaner muscles, increased flexibility, and balance, plus a quiet, calm state of mind. Yoga not only improved Sarah’s riding but also her quality of life and she looks forward to sharing the joys of yoga through her teaching.
Sarah has taught for the past fifteen years. She is a compassionate instructor and teaches to the individual needs of each student.
