Sarah was introduced to the practice of yoga in her early 20’s when her passion was horseback riding, and her instructor believed that the benefits of yoga would greatly enhance her riding ability — stronger, leaner muscles, increased flexibility and balance, plus a quiet, calm state of mind. Yoga not only improved Sarah’s riding, but also her quality of life and she looks forward to sharing the joys of yoga through her teaching.

Sarah has taught for the past fifteen years. She is a compassionate instructor and teaches to the individual needs of each student.

    Sarah leads / teaches the majority of my recent schedule for yoga main emphasis on Gentle Yoga . She is strong ,interesting as she adapts variations of styles to keep the practices interesting and very effective . Much emphasis on core work and balance with style and smile!! Sarah is a treasure to be with us and increased health and just plain fun are some of the brief ‘fruits of our pleasant labors in Asana and Meditation all.
