Meagan first started practicing yoga in the late 90″s. It wasn’t’ until three years ago when she truly devoted herself to practicing several times a week. Her love for yoga led her to want to become a teacher and share the health benefits of yoga with others. Meagan’s main focus for her students is a proper alignment of the postures; having this brings less chance of injury, increased body strength and flexibility along with better balance.
Meagan received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate through Seattle based Open Up Yoga Studio.
Meagan enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys at their cabin near Lake Cle Elum. They spend time out on their boat, hiking and enjoying the slower pace of life. She and her family are also big winter enthusiasts, spending a lot of time out on the mountains on their snowmobiles riding trails.
