RE-STARTING SEPTEMBER 8 & 10, Yoga 101: SERIES of Seven Classes 
This 7 week SERIES is offered both Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.. These popular classes are for those who want to learn and/or review basic yoga poses, breath awareness, mental focus, and stress reduction in a course of study that builds greater knowledge of yoga over the seven weeks. This is a class that is often repeated for review and exploring nuance and greater understanding of this rich practice.
Only $80 for seven classes. New students get a 25% discount.

Preregistration is required – eight students minimum.  (See the schedule for start dates.)
Sorry, after the SERIES starts there are no refunds or substitute SERIES.

Morning Glow Yoga Stretch DROP IN
A supportive and basic practice for the less flexible or for anyone who wants a thoughtful practice that increases flexibility. These classes bring the benefits of stretching and mindful breathing exercises that create a greater sense of well being both physically and mentally. The class is geared to the needs of the participants, and is a great way to start your day….all aglow.

General Basic Yoga DROP IN
A term for a general approach to yoga that brings a focused and determined effort to unify opposing forces and bring together the body and the mind. Poses and exercises include both floor and standing poses; forward and back bends, balancing and breathing techniques. Hatha Yoga emphasizes a broad range of benefits from stretching, strengthening, balance, posture, breath awareness, to relaxation. “HA” meaning “sun” and “THA” meaning “moon.

Warm Intermediate Yoga DROP IN
An energetic practice moving from one posture to the next. The Sun Salutation is often the foundation for this class. Flow yoga warms muscles; builds heat; and moves through to cooling and relaxation. This is an intermediate level class, as the class is vigorous. At the same time, we encourage a focused and peaceful mind while performing the poses. The room temperature is allowed to rise to no more than 80 degrees to facilitate your movement, but not cause discomfort or stress.

Healing Gentle Yoga DROP IN
A yoga practice that is slow paced and gentle, ideal for anyone recovering from injuries or with a limited range. This class is also ideal for pre and post natal students. Greater flexibility, strength and balance are increased over time as well as general physical health and an increased ability to handle stress. The approach to yoga poses will be dictated by class needs, and is focused on healing, renewing, and re-balancing your life energy.

Restore and Relax DROP IN
This is the most gentle and nurturing class we offer every week. The emphasis is on relaxation and meditation in a practice that explores several prone and supported poses. Using bolsters, blankets, and other props for physical comfort, breath awareness and mental calm are cultivated. This is a great class for de-stressing and learning ways to calm and quiet body and mind for better sleep and greater peace of mind.

Offered Tuesday and Friday evenings from 7pm to 8:15.

RE-STARTING JANUARY 2017 Tai Chi-Yoga-Chi DROP IN
Early morning Tai Chi, Tuesdays and Thursdays where Warner Blake leads the class learning the practice of Tai Chi Chuan, 24 Forms. Beginners welcomed at any class since new forms are covered according to each student’s level. Class ends on the yoga mat for core work and Warner’s favorite final relaxation pose — savasana.

Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30am to 7:45
