Special Five-week Course starting Sunday, November 6 from Noon to 1:15p. both In-studio and Virtual. Join Laurie Dunston for a five-week course designed to cultivate peace and enhance our knowledge and our experience of meditation. We will begin each class by arriving on our mat as we are with kind awareness and inviting ourselves to settle into the present moment. Moving into the practice of poses to warm and open the body. Then we will explore different approaches to quiet the mind.
