After decades of distance running, I was becoming stiffer and stiffer. With the mobility in my joints and flexibility being sacrificed, I didn’t think or feel it wise to continue. But I had to keep my activity level up and hopefully find something that would lead to me touching my toes again someday. The trainer at the sports clinic suggested trying Yoga.
“I found Yoga Circle Studio in my neighborhood, and I walked into a dream come true — never in my life have I been exposed to the care and understanding that each of the teachers bring to the classes.
At Yoga Circle Studio I feel safe, comfortable and maybe a little creative. Creative in the sense that by me showing up, they have provided me with the tools to breathe into my tight hamstrings and ankles — which has led me to touching my toes.
I have developed a passion for yoga and I sincerely thank and highly recommend Yoga Circle Studio to all.
