Kathy stepped into her first yoga class in 1997, and instantly became dedicated to The Flow. The style of this initial class was Vinyasa, and, with her background in classical ballet, Kathy felt a deep affinity to the practice. Yoga became an integral aspect of daily living and Kathy had the opportunity to explore many styles of practice as well as study under numerous master teachers. Yet, in the selection of her favorite style, Vinyasa remained the practice which carried the greatest personal resonance.
Kathy was afforded the opportunity to begin her path as a yoga teacher in 2005, and has thoroughly enjoyed this evolution of her practice. She is dedicated to the concept of yoga accessibility and strives to instruct in a variety of venues.
She became a RYT at the 200 hr level, certified in Prana Flow®, through Shiva Rea’s Samudra School of Living Yoga in 2011. Kathy is grateful for the expansion of her path in the direction of Prana Flow, and bows to the dedication of Shiva Rea, as well as the many other teachers and mentors that Kathy has been privileged to study with.

I do appreciate your allowing me to do my best and leave feeling a beautiful ‘glow’ for my efforts and knowing my internal massage was Well Done and accomplished ! Class worked great !!! Thank You again. Body may be out of balance do to vertigo and a few easy simple injuries at the moment but I left with a Clarity of Mind Exceptional. Nice to see you again. L.L

Kathy , I am again compelled to express my amazement at you smooth yet challenging flow and temper. I felt exhausted going into your class…hurt a bit ..got home and all the sudden had relaxed energy and lacked the pain. I cannot wait to have you teach me that ‘twist’ we spoke of. Thank you for your expertise !!! We will try again to learn your ways with forward focus and excitements. Erase my letters if they become too much. Respectfull, L.L. LOVE the greatest of all gifts….
