Dorothy has been studying movement technique and theory since she was four years old. She has studied with many master teachers. Her approach is light and loving while she imparts her considerable depth of expertise in the yoga poses. She is currently working on a degree in comparative Greek & Indian philosophy & philology.

Dorothy; You really should remove my input to your talents !!! I may fill up the computer ?? Tonite was the best ;well taught and structured teaching I have recieved as yet . Tough and Sweaty yet the touch of gentle kindness that makes a frozen faced man like me…SMILE ~~~ [ a smile ?] . Thanks for the exercise and bringing it home…..to the center of core …and the Heart . Dorothy ~ This evenings Warm Flow at 5:15 was perfect and cleansing while stretching out last weekends b umps and loss of legs from long rough fishing on Ocean waters. No ‘mean’ feat on your part as teacher / leader in this extremely creative exercise. You worked Hard !!! Thanks, please erase if I write to compliment too much? L.L. good job

Dorothy; Your class last evening was a challenge for me; you are quite a task master /mistress ? Any how….This morning my tigtness in breathing [ from scar tissue per our brief talk ] has lifted and I seem back to a more normal bodily function.Ready for anothjer long and complex day today.
