  • NEW: You can now receive a 10% discount if you sign up for our AUTOPAY option which is a contract for a year. Here’s the details: We enter your credit card into our online secure system, then as your PASS expires, a new PASS will activate and be paid for automatically. No other discounts apply. If at any point you prefer to stop automatic renewal, simply notify us prior to your next renewal.

  • All class cards expire at the expiration date; we will extend dates only for emergencies.
  • Class passes are not transferrable and cannot be shared.
  • PLEASE arrive on time [even early for your first class to check in]
  • If you eat before class, eat lightly.
  • Wear nonrestrictive clothing and bare feet
  • And please keep fragrance to a minimum
