Warner has been practicing this soft form of martial arts/meditation alongside water since the 1980s, and at Kla Ha Ya Park in Snohomish since 1995 with Sally and Mike and others. It’s easy, perfect exercise for those with limited flexibility, an excellent form of meditation and stress reducer for all of us.
